What Postgami does
We message the creators you tell us to, on WhatsApp, asking for the insights from a reel. We follow up on the schedule you set, read the numbers from the screen recording they send, flag anything we cannot read clearly, and put the results in your sheet.
We do not guess. Where a figure is not legible we mark it for someone on your team to confirm rather than filling in a number.
What it costs
Plans are set by active creators — anyone we messaged on your behalf that month. Billing is pro-rata on the creators we actually asked, so a quiet month costs less. Prices are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST.
Two creators are free, once per agency, with no card required.
Stopping
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active to the end of the billing month. Yearly plans are paid up front. Nobody gets locked out mid-campaign.
Your responsibilities
- Only add creators you have a working relationship with.
- Keep the WhatsApp number you send from in good standing — messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you is what gets numbers blocked.
- The data you put in is yours, and you are responsible for having the right to it.
What we do not promise
Creators sometimes do not reply, and Instagram sometimes changes its screens. We will tell you when something has not worked rather than quietly showing you a number that is wrong.
