What we collect, and what we do with it.

The contact form

If you fill in the form on our home page we collect your name, work email, agency name, an approximate creator count and anything you type in the message box. We use it to reply to you and to work out which plan fits. Nothing else.

Submissions are stored by Netlify, who host this site, and are emailed to us. We do not sell them, share them with anyone else, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

If you become a customer

Running Postgami means handling data about the creators you work with — their WhatsApp number, the screen recordings they send, and the metrics read from them. That data is yours. We process it to deliver the service to you, and for nothing else.

• Recordings and extracted metrics are used only for your campaigns.
• Delete a campaign and its recordings and metrics go with it.
• Messages are sent through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while we are in conversation and for up to twelve months afterwards. Customer data is kept for as long as you have an account, and removed within thirty days of you closing it.

Asking us to delete it

Email contact@postgami.in and we will delete what we hold about you, and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold, or to correct it. There is no form to fill in for this.
